Vishal Bora – Co-Founder & Director

Vishal Bora is an avant-garde BIM Technologist and a dedicated advocate for cutting-edge construction and design technologies. With a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Southern California and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, he has been instrumental in executing many landmark projects including the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power UV Treatment Facility and the California High-Speed Rail – Nevada Grade Separation. After working for 10 years in the field of construction engineering in the US, Vishal returned to India with a vision to revolutionize early childhood education infrastructure. After putting years of research and planning he co-founded Kaizen Early Years

Vishal is especially passionate about the role of space design in the context of educational spaces and with Kaizen Early Years he is bringing his expertise and experience in engineering and construction technology into a space that is innovative, safe, sustainable and most importantly conducive to the development of young minds.

Vishal is a regular speaker at various AEC technology events, sharing his insights and knowledge about the transformative power of BIM and other next-generation technologies in construction. His vision for Kaizen Early Years is to establish a new benchmark in educational infrastructure, shaping environments that inspire and nurture early childhood. learning for generations to come.

Neha Bora – Co-Founder & Director

Neha Bora is a multifaceted talent, known for her passion for music and artistry, which is only matched by her dedication to early childhood education. Born and raised with an Innate talent for music, Neha honed her skills and pursued her dreams by participating in verious prestigious competitions, including the Indian idol. After graduating in Business Management from Pecific college Udaipur, Nehe pursued her Masters in Internationel Business from SICC Bangalore University Meeting her soulmate and getting married in 2011, Nena moved to California to join her husband, Vishal and further enhanced her creative talent by studying Interior Design at UCLA, The birth of their twins ignited Nana’s passion for children and spurred her interest in early childhood education. Observing her children’s interactions at the Children’s Space Museum in Pasadena became a source of inspiration and driving force for her. She wanted to bring high quality STEAM based learning to the early childhood curriculum in india

Upon her return to india in 2017, Neha committed herself to learning about the psyche and educational needs of young children by pursuing e certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from Waldorf and organized a nature based summer camp for children aged between 6-10 years in 2023. The summer camp was a huge success and brought her widespread acclaim. This made the purpose of ner life clear to her to create a safe space where each child can explore freely and lean joyfully. “She has successfully completed a Postgraduate Diplome In Early Childhood Education from the University of Helsinki, specializing in the Finnish curriculum After years of dedicated research and training Nehe has given form to her dream by co-founding Kaizen Early Years and creating a beautiful and enriching space for children to leam, grow, and explore their full potential. Neha Bora embodies the spirit of perseverance, creativity, and a deep-rooted passion for nurturing the next generation.
